● We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.
● Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply as listed.
3. Pricing & Payment
● All prices are in AUD, GST-inclusive where applicable.
● Payment must be made upfront via approved methods (credit card, bank transfer).
● Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by law.
4. Delivery & Risk
● Delivery timelines are estimates; delays are not our fault where caused by third parties.
● Risk in Goods passes to you upon delivery.
● Title remains with Vita Fortune until full payment is received.
5. Consumer Guarantees
Under the ACL, you are entitled to remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights.
6. Returns & Refunds
● Returns are accepted for faulty, misdescribed, or damaged goods only.
● Change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless approved in writing.
● Refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with ACL.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
● We warrant Goods are of merchantable quality and fit for stated purpose.
● We do not warrant suitability for unstated uses; customers must conduct their own testing.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
● Our liability is limited to replacement, repair, or refund of the purchase price.
● We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.
9. Intellectual Property
