Formulation Design of Nutrient Premix
  • ●Select applicable nutrient types. In accordance with the characteristics of finished products and relevant national standards, select permissible nutrient varieties, and ensure the addition dosage complies with regulatory requirements.
  • ●Choose suitable nutrient raw materials matching production processes. Dry blending requires proper particle size; wet blending needs high solubility. Avoid adverse reactions between ingredients.
  • ●Calculate raw material dosage. Determine the required dosage of each raw material according to the active nutrient content of raw materials and the nutritional demand of final products.
  • ●Excessive fortification. Considering nutrient loss during production and shelf-life storage, proper over-addition of nutrients is generally adopted in premix formulation design. This ensures the final nutrient content still meets labeled specifications after processing and long-term storage.
